Online Orders Information and Rules

  • The online pharmacy request platform operates from Sunday to Thursday, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
  • For online orders, requesters will receive a payment link (Medication and Delivery service fee T&C apply):
    a) Payment must be completed on the same day the link is sent.
    b) If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the preparation request will be canceled, and the applicant will need to submit a new request.
    c) If the delivery is not successful subjected of recipients unavailability for collection, the delivery fees will be non-refundable.
  • Online orders for controlled medications are not allowed through our pharmacy website, In consultation with MOPH. In such cases, the caregiver must visit the clinic to obtain a hard copy prescription.
  • If no existing order is found in the system for the patient, the pharmacist will contact the requester and advise the caregiver to visit the clinic to ensure the prescription is placed in the system.
